NexGen Community Management was founded in 2023 by Sherri Gray and Alexandra Segarra, two experienced professionals in the condominium and homeowner association management business.
Both had been working in the industry for over 25 years, and during that time they noticed a trend that concerned them. They observed that many management companies were focused solely on managing more and more communities, without providing the proper service and support that each community required. This often resulted in frustrated homeowners and board members, who felt their needs were not being met.
Gray & Segarra believed that there was a better way to manage communities. They wanted to create a company that prioritized strong relationships with clients, customized management plans, and personalized services.
In 2023 they decided to take the leap and founded NextGen Community Management. They knew that starting a new business would be challenging, but they were confident in their abilities and their vision for the future.
